1. About this page
This page explains to Clinics the fees and charges that FABshaping apply when a consumer books a treatment through the FABshaping platform.
All prices shown on FABshaping are in Australian dollars and include GST where it applies.
2. Booking deposit
When a consumer books a treatment through the FABshaping platform, we charge a deposit upfront to secure the appointment for the consumer with a clinic.
The deposit fee taken by FABshaping will be:
- $50 for treatments priced under $350, and
- $100 for treatments priced at $350 or more.
Important: The deposit amount is part of Fabshaping booking fee and the total price charged by your clinic for the treatment. It is not an extra fee. Your clinic must deduct this deposit amount from the final amount, so the client only pays the remaining balance on the day. Fabshaping keeps the Deposit as the booking fee.
3. Paying the balance at the clinic
After deducting the Booking Deposit (refer to Clause 2 above), the remaining treatment fee balance is paid by the consumer at the clinic on the day of their appointment.
4. Cancelling or rescheduling fees to the clinic
If a consumer cancels or reschedules an appointment booked in your clinic up to 48 hours prior to the start time, it will be free of charge — their deposit is refunded in full by FABshaping.
If a consumer cancels, does not show (ie, no show) or reschedules an appointment booked in your clinic less than 48 hours prior to the start time, a cancellation fee applies to the consumer as follows:
- $50 if the treatment was priced under $350, or
- $100 if it was priced at $350 or more.
This cancellation, no show or rescheduling fee is taken from the consumer's deposit paid.
Important: For bookings which are cancelled, no shows or rescheduled less than 48 hours prior to the start time, 50% of the deposit taken by FABshaping will be returned to the clinic. For example:
• $25 paid to the clinic if $50 deposit taken for under $350, or
• $50 paid to the clinic if $100 deposit taken for $350 or more.
5. Payment methods and processing fees
The online deposit is processed securely through Stripe, which accepts most major credit and debit cards.
A small payment-processing fee may be deducted to a deposit taken. The exact amount is always shown clearly.

We may update this page from time to time as our fees or partners change. The version published here is always the current one, and the date at the top of the page shows when it was last updated.
