Terms of Use

1. Acceptance

The FABshaping platform is operated by Beauty Holdings Australia Pty Ltd (we, us, our). By using the FABshaping platform, you agree to these Terms of Use.

If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Our Role

FABshaping is a digital platform that enables users to:

Learn and discover medical aesthetic treatments
Become more informed about which Aesthetic Energy Device is best used for treatment of areas of concern
Make bookings with participating health professionals for consultations and treatments
Receive communications related to their bookings

FABshaping does not provide medical advice, treatments or healthcare services unless explicitly stated. Healthcare services are provided by independent participating clinics and health professionals listed on the FABshaping platform.

3. Your Responsibilities

You agree to:

Provide accurate and complete information
Update information if it changes
Use the platform lawfully
Not misuse, interfere with, or attempt to compromise platform security

Providing inaccurate health information may affect service eligibility.

4. Bookings and Cancellations

Booking availability, cancellation terms, and refund policies may vary depending on the health professional or this FABshaping platform service.

Details are presented at the time of booking.

When a consumer books a treatment through the FABshaping platform, we charge a deposit upfront to secure the appointment with a clinic.

The deposit fee taken by FABshaping will be as per the following:

$50 for treatments or consultations priced $0-$500,
10% of the value of any treatments or consultations priced $501-$1,000 (for example, a $600 treatment, will be mean a $60 deposit is taken by FABshaping), and
$100 will be the maximum deposit taken by FABshaping should a treatment price exceed $1,000 or more.

Very Important: The deposit amount taken by FABshaping is based on the treatment price booked by a consumer for a treatment. The clinic must deduct this deposit amount from any final treatment amount, so you only pay the remaining balance on the day of treatment. FABshaping keeps this deposit as its booking fee.

If a consumer cancels or reschedules an appointment booked in a clinic up to 48 hours prior to the start time, it will be free of charge — the deposit is refunded in full by FABshaping.

If a consumer cancels, does not show (ie, no show) or reschedules an appointment booked in a clinic less than 48 hours prior to the start time, a cancellation fee applies to the consumer as follows:

$50 if the treatment was priced $0-$500,
10% of the value of any treatments or consultations priced $501-$1,000 (for example, a $600 treatment, will be mean a $60 cancellation fee applies), or
$100 will be the maximum cancellation fee that applies to the consumer.

Very Important: This cancellation, no show or rescheduling fee is taken from a consumer's deposit paid.

5. Medical Disclaimer

Information provided through the FABshaping platform is general in nature and does not replace any medical advice.

Always consult a qualified healthcare professional regarding diagnosis or medical / aesthetic treatment options and decisions.

6. Platform Availability

We aim to ensure reliable access to our platform but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features at any time.

7. Intellectual Property

All FABshaping content, branding, and design is owned by us and may not be copied, reproduced or used without our prior written consent.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

FABshaping is not responsible for clinical decisions, treatment, or outcomes provided by any listed health professionals.
Our liability for platform services is limited to; resupplying device information from manufacturers and distributors, booking availability of services by health professionals and clinics and any associated range of costs for treatments.

Nothing in these Terms excludes rights under Australian Consumer Law.

9. Privacy

Your use of the platform is subject to our Privacy Policy.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia.
