About Richard

Dr Rahdon is a Consultant Plastic and Reconstructive surgeon and a fellow of the Royal Australasian College of Surgeons (FRACS). He is a member of both the Australian Society of Plastic Surgeons and the American Society of Plastic Surgeons. Dr Rahdon graduated from Melbourne University in 1996 with a bachelor of medicine and surgery. He was then admitted to the Royal Australian College of Surgeons after 17 years of training. As part of his experience he studied a bachelor of medical science at the University of Oxford and undertook further fellowship training in plastic and reconstructive surgery both in Oxford and London. Prior to this he was a Medical Officer in the Royal Australian Airforce. Dr Rahdon is a consultant Plastic surgeon at Barwon Health as well as Epworth Geelong and St John of God Hospitals in Geelong. Since opening Body Recon in 2009, Richard has continued to attend specialist meetings and is a highly skilled surgeon specialising in many aspects of reconstructive and cosmetic surgery.
