A customisable laser treatment designed to soften and reduce the appearance of stretch marks while improving skin texture, firmness and elasticity. Fotona technology combines controlled collagen stimulation with precise resurfacing to restructure the affected tissue and support new collagen formation. Treatment settings are tailored according to the age, colour, depth and location of the stretch marks. Earlier red stretch marks may also be treated for their associated vascular component.

- Er:YAG SMOOTH® collagen stimulation and fractional or full-field Er:YAG laser resurfacing.
- Results
- Stretch marks may appear softer, flatter and less visible, with improvement in their texture, colour and overall integration with the surrounding skin. The treated area can appear smoother, firmer and more even as collagen renewal progresses throughout the recommended course. Earlier stretch marks generally respond more effectively than mature stretch marks.
- Longevity of Effect
- Progressive and long-lasting. Collagen remodelling continues after treatment, although results can be affected by future pregnancy, weight fluctuations, hormonal changes and natural skin ageing.

- Downtime
- Patients can generally resume their usual routine, although redness, swelling or micro-scabbing may remain visible for approximately 7–15 days following stronger treatment.
- Possible Reactions
- Temporary redness, warmth, swelling, tenderness, dryness, flaking or micro-scabbing may occur. The intensity and duration of these reactions depend on the treatment depth and individual skin response.
- Pain Level
- Mild to moderate. Patients may experience warmth, prickling or stinging during treatment.
