TWINLIGHT® Fractional Rejuvenation is an advanced three-step laser resurfacing treatment combining Fotona’s Nd:YAG and Er:YAG wavelengths. Deep Nd:YAG heating conditions the skin and stimulates collagen, followed by precise fractional Er:YAG resurfacing to remove damaged skin and create controlled microchannels. A finishing Er:YAG peel targets superficial imperfections, supporting smoother, firmer and more evenly toned skin. Treatment intensity is customised according to the patient’s concerns and preferred downtime.

- Results
- Progressive improvement in skin texture, smoothness and firmness, with a reduction in the appearance of fine lines, enlarged pores, superficial pigmentation, sun damage and mild scarring. Skin appears clearer, more even and rejuvenated as new collagen develops and resurfaced skin renews. Initial improvement may be visible after one treatment, with full results developing gradually over the following months.

- Possible Reactions
- Redness, warmth, swelling, sensitivity, tightness, dryness, bronzing and peeling are expected. Peeling commonly develops over several days as the skin renews. Temporary redness may persist after the initial healing period, particularly following a stronger treatment.

- Mild to moderate. Patients may experience heat, prickling or stinging. Topical anaesthetic may be recommended for more intensive treatments.
